Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Personal training is for everyone, whether you’re completely new to exercise or returning after a break. Sessions are tailored to your current fitness level, and we’ll progress at a pace that feels right for you.
What should I bring to a session?
Just wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a bottle of water. If you’re training in my studio, all equipment is provided.
Can you help with nutrition too?
Yes. As a qualified Nutritional Advisor, I can help you build healthier eating habits that support your goals. My approach is based on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than restrictive diets or quick fixes.
How often should I train?
This depends on your goals, lifestyle and experience. Some clients train once a week for guidance and accountability, while others choose more frequent sessions. We’ll find an approach that works for you.
What if I’ve never exercised before?
That’s absolutely fine. Many of my clients start with little or no previous experience. The focus is on building confidence, learning good technique and helping you enjoy moving your body.
